About the tour reservation（Rule）
- The local tour sponsoring company is doing the reservation agency of Moyoogyou optional each tour in STATIC TRAVEL.
- The departure and the arrival time of the described tour are standards.
- Tour..weather..situation..other..unavoidable..circumstances..schedule..change..slow..cancel..rugged..beforehand..acknowledgment.
- The time of the tour schedule is a standard.
- The cancel charge doesn't hang by the tour company when the tour is canceled.
- It is when customer's hotel is far away from the Paton district when the meeting and sending off addition price is added to the description charge.
- It is likely to become slower than the schedule time the consolidation car usually the car of facing the tour, to turn round each hotel, and to pick it up. Very sorry to trouble you, but please contact STATIC TRAVEL local where to make contact when receiving doesn't come even if 30 minutes or more from the schedule time pass.
- I hope the payment of the tour in Thai baht in Thailand. It visits basically to collect money to the hotel where a Japanese staff stays in the locale. After payment, I will pass the VOUCHER ticket and the receipt. Please pass the VOUCHER ticket to the person in charge of receiving on that day. We will guide paid details with mail.
- Finally, I will strongly recommend the joining to overseas travel accident insurance before leaving the travel in case because it will result in the customer own responsibility though insurance is included as for each tour for the accident and the trouble participating in the tour.
- Please acknowledge that the customer cannot assume the responsibility by customer or third party's deliberate and fault in STATIC TRAVEL while participating in the tour for the luggage loss and the thing left behind, etc. due to damaging, and customer's carelessness beforehand.
Flow from reservation to that day of tour
Please read through the rule before application.
When applying, I will assume what this agreement for use is approved.
１．Transmission of reservation form
Please transmit according to the reservation form after inputting a necessary
matter.
※Please note the mistake of the mail address.
※Please send here a necessary matter with mail when it is not possible to transmit
according to the reservation form.
※I hope application with mail by two days before it leaves.
２．Reception of reservation form
I will reply from STATIC TRAVEL the reservation form automatically within 24 hours after application.
※The description mistake in the mail address etc. is thought, and transmit again after it confirms it very sorry to trouble you, but, please when there is no reply from our company.
※There is no automatic reply in mail for the application.
Please confirm whether to find the mistake in representative's name, the hope day, and the content etc. of the tour if the reply of the reservation form can be received. Please describe the content etc. and contact me with mail when is the change.
３．Reception of reservation receipt mail
When our company confirms customer's reservation form, I will transmit the mail of the reservation receipt from the person in charge within 24 hours.
Very sorry to trouble you, but please inquire of here when the reservation receipt mail from our company doesn't reach within 24 hours.
４．Reception of reservation receipt book
When arrangements of the reservation are completed, I will send so, the reservation receipt book, details, and the VOUCHER ticket with mail.
Please copy sorry to trouble you, but, and bring the VOUCHER ticket to Phuket.

Payment
I hope the payment of the tour in Thai baht in Thailand. It visits basically to collect money to the hotel where a Japanese staff stays in the locale.
After payment, I will pass the VOUCHER ticket and the receipt. Please pass the VOUCHER ticket
to the person in charge of receiving on that day.
We will guide paid details with mail.

Please wait for the car of receiving in reported time and place.
※Sorry to trouble you, but please contact promised time here by any chance when receiving doesn't come even if 30 minutes or more pass.
The driver or the person in charge will confirm the name. In that case, please present the VOUCHER ticket.
Cancel charge
- Please contact the cancellation and the change me with mail ahead of time.
- Please acknowledge asking for the cancel charge when it enters before two days of that day of a rugged tour on the reported day.
- Please contact directly STATIC TRAVEL local where to make contact at the cancellation after the locale arrives.
- Please acknowledge that the cancel charge hangs when the tour is canceled by customer's convenience beforehand.
